The Pomeranian Voivodeship Art Contest “Windmills – green energy” organized by the School and Kindergarten Complex in Nowy Staw was a great initiative, in which RWE had the pleasure to participate as one of the main sponsors.

We are all the more pleased to have supported this initiative because it was attended by pupils of grades I-III, who with great heart engaged in performing artwork related to caring for the planet and renewable energy sources. On April 27, we had the opportunity to participate in the Award Ceremony and see all the contesting artworks.

The aim of the contest was to educate and interest children in the topics of sustainability, all by playing and creating amazing art projects. For RWE as the owner of onshore wind farms in Nowy Staw, such activities have the highest priority as they shape the right attitudes towards the natural environment from an early age.

We sincerely congratulate all the winners and thank the organizers for such a fantastic initiative.
