On August 14, 2022, we had the opportunity to once again visit the City of Ustka. The Fish Harvest Festival in August is an annual event that is celebrated as an official Ustka Festival and Polish Army Day.

In the RWE tent on the Promenade in Ustka, we talked about wind energy on the Baltic Sea, presenting a mock-up of an offshore wind farm. We provided our Guests with space with VR goggles, where everyone could see with their own eyes how electricity is made from wind. We were also honored to talk at our stall to the host of Ustka – the Mayor, Jacek Maniszewski.

The RWE initiative was well received not only by the local community, but also by tourists who visit the City of Ustka in large numbers during the summer. We will continue to implement the concept of education through presence at local events in the upcoming years.
