As part of an extensive campaign aimed at building a strong Polish supply chain for the offshore wind energy sector, we have prepared a unique opportunity for all producers and service providers in the field of energy to obtain detailed information on the implementation of an onshore transformer station, which is part of the technical infrastructure of the offshore wind farm F.E.W. Baltic II, which in 2026 will start generating electricity in the Polish exclusive economic zone of the Baltic Sea.
Seeing the need for direct dialogue between suppliers, we invited the General Contractor of the transformer station GE / PILE Elbud onshore to participate in the meeting. It will be an unprecedented opportunity to talk directly about the needs of all parties involved in the project, exchange experiences, and ask questions directly to the General Contractor.
During the meeting you will be presented with details on
- how to build a chain of sub-suppliers and its structure
- contract schedule
- technical and competence requirements for potential sub-suppliers
- mechanism of contracting supplies
- the culture of cooperation with RWE Renewables and the General Contractor.
As we want to reach as many potential suppliers as possible interested in participating in the project, apart from information on the status of the project and the schedule of upcoming tenders, we organize a meeting for four dedicated packages:
- 220 kV and 400 kV instrument transformers and surge arresters
- general construction works
- road works
- technical protection systems
The meeting, which is part of our larger campaign of dialogue with local suppliers, will be attended by representatives of both the investor - RWE Renewables, and the General Contractor of the contract – GE Power/PILE-Elbud.
The meeting will be held in the form of an open dialogue, implemented on a partnership basis. To participate, please register online in advance at:

After registration, you get a chance to ask questions that we will try to answer during the dialogue.
